Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 09.07.2026, received from the Executive Engineer, HPPWD (B&R), Sangrah Division, HP. The same is taken on record and copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. From a perusal of the said communication, it is evident that vide order dated 09.07.2026, the benefit of work charge status after completion of 8 years daily wage service 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- has been granted to the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2006 on the analogy of Surajmani’s case and the pay has been refixed as per the order dated 09.07.2026, passed by Executive Engineer, Sangrah B&R Division, HPPWD, Sangrah, HP. 3. The office of the Accountant General shall act upon the same for the purpose of grant of pension to the petitioner within two months from today. 4. Keeping in view the above, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. (G.S.
