The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2026. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage, but later on he denied to solemnized the marriage. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that WhatsApp chat reveals that it was the informant, who had lured the petitioner in her relationship. Learned counsel further submits the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S.
