Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records on relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of benefits of last two annual increments (years 2024 and 2025) with differences of pay within a period of 15 days with interest @ 18% per annum. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier suspended which was revoked. Subsequently after revocation of the order of suspension, petitioner has not been extended benefit of two annual increments, against which he submitted a representation before Respondent No. 2 on 16.04.2025, however, till date representation submitted by petitioner has not been considered. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation of petitioner, dated 16.04.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit a fresh representation, if he so desires and in the event if such representation is submitted by petitioner along with relevant documents and the order passed by this Court, the concerned authority ie., Respondent No. 2 shall also consider the same as observed above. 6.
