The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No. 48 of 2026, arising out of M.G.M. P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1525 of 2025. The husband of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons which resulted in his death. The allegations so far as the petitioner is concerned appears to be general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2025. Regard being had to the generality of allegations, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I (I/C), Jamshedpur in S.T.
