Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed transferred order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-5), in terms whereof, the petitioner stands transferred to CH Bharmour, District Chamba, H.P. 2. The contention of the petitioner before this Court is that he has joined at Rohanda in the month of September, 2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that he stands transferred from CH Rohanda, where, he was posted on 20.09.2025 within a short span of six month. 2 3. Reply filed by the State demonstrates that the reason as to why the petitioner has been transferred to Bharmour is that as the petitioner has undergone a six month training in Abdomino-Pelvic Ultrasonography, therefore, he has been transferred to Bharmour, so that his services can be better utilized for the care of the patient. 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner presently is in the process of giving certain papers, this petition be disposed of by allowing the petitioner to join at Bharmour on 01st September, 2026. 5. Without making any observations on the merits of the issue raised in this petition, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondents shall allow the petitioner to continue to serve at CH Rohanda till the completion of his PG paper to be conducted by NMC and within a week as from the last date of the paper, petitioner shall report and join at Civil Hospital Bharmour. 3 6.
