Perused the case diary including the further statements of the victim’s children. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of neighbours contained at pages 11 and 12 of the case diary and the statements of the de facto complainant and the other minor children of the victim, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
