Mr. P. S. Deb Barman, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that permission has already been granted in favour of one Mani Sankar Mishra to organise the said fair. The petitioners are not inclined to challenge the rejection order dated January 2, 2026. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, no order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.
