The revision Petitioner filed O.S.No.10 of 2026 for the relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendant from in any way dispossess the plaintiff’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned property. In the said suit, the plaintiff/revision petitioner herein also filed I.A.No.3 of 2026 praying ad interim injunction restraining the defendant from in any way dispossess the plaintiff’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned property. In the said Interlocutory Application, the trial court ordered notice and posted the matter on 17.04.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she is going to file vakalat for the respondent/defendant on 17.04.2026 before the trial court. 4. In view of the above, revision petitioner is directed to work out his remedy in the manner know to law before the trial court.
