Per contra, learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the bail application on the ground that applicant has a criminal history of twenty-two cases and the bail orders of only eight cases have been appended but bail orders of fourteen of those cases have not been appended. Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Raghubir Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Jeeta @ Sanjeet Khari .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) 6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that criminal history of the applicant has not been properly explained, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant. The bail application is found devoid of merits and is, accordingly, rejected. 7. However, it is directed that the aforesaid case pending before the trial court be decided expeditiously as early as possible, if there is no legal impediment. 8.
