Heard Mr. Raja Ravi Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Teenpahad @ Tinpahar P.S. Case No.132 of 2025. 3. The husband of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner on the ground that because of him, the village headman has died. On account of the assault, the husband of the informant died. 4. The specific allegation of assault appears to have been attributed to Ramcharan Pahariya and Sushil Malto. 5. Learned counsel submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and he is in custody since 21.09.2025. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the generality of allegations levelled against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Rajmahal in connection with Teenpahad @ Tinpahar P.S.
