The learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, shall peruse the RC book and other records, retain a xerox copy of the same and return the original RC book to the petitioner. 2. Heard both sides. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall produce a duplicate RC Book duly certified by the Assistant Registering Authority, Kanchipuram, along with a self-attested photocopy of the same”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
