The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice in B.A. No. 1071 of 2025 and B.A. No. 6569 of 2025. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2024 and there is no chance of the trial being concluded in the near future but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was apprehended from inside the vehicle from which 45 Kg. of ganja was recovered, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner which stands rejected once again.
