The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 199 of 2025. It has been alleged that in course of investigation into Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 and on the disclosure of the petitioner and others three pistols with cartridges were recovered. Though it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari in connection with Nagar Untari P.S.
