For the O.P. : Mr. Praful Jojo, A.P.P. --- 02/02.06.2026 Heard Mr. Anurag Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 96 of 2025. It has been alleged that a dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and valuables were looted. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Test Identification Parade was held and informant had failed to identify the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that there has been no recovery of any incriminating article from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. He has further stated that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2025 and some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. 3317 of 2026 and B.A. No. 3237 of 2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S.
