Heard Mr. Manish Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 5 of 2026. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon the informant on several occasions. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant had earlier lodged a case against the petitioner showing herself to be wife of the petitioner being Chatra Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025. Learned counsel has also submitted that in the restatement of the informant, she has categorically stated that she had a love affair with the petitioner and she was taken to Bengaluru where she stayed for 4-5 months and the petitioner had also put vermilion on her forehead and had thereafter established physical relationship with the victim. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that there was love affair between the petitioner and the informant, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra in connection with Mayurhand P.S.
