Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner is a Group-D (Peon) in a High School (HS) since 2012. The petitioner had made an application for transfer on general ground sometime in 2022, which was duly forwarded by the School Authorities by issuing a ‘NOC’ to the respondent no. 5. The respondent no. 5, in its turn, has forwarded the same to the respondent 2 no. 4 sometime in the year 2022. The same is pending consideration before the Commission. 4. Respondent no. 4 will consider the application of the petitioner for transfer on general ground in the offline mode by May 15, 2026. The resultant order of consideration will be communicated to the petitioner by May 25, 2026. 5. The suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
