Although it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.05.2024 but regard being had to the fact that 69 Kg. of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and other accused persons, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner which stands rejected once again at this stage.
