The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent- No.2-Tahsildar, Sira Taluk has not acted upon the representation at Annexure-A dated 15.07.2022 given by the petitioner for mutation in the name of the petitioner pursuant to the sale deed dated 24.01.2018 executed by the Court Commissioner in terms of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.68/2017. Further, the petitioner is also seeking phodi and durast of the lands. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.2-Tasildar, Sira Taluk, to proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12593 WP No. 6534 of 2026 place of Sri.Ramaiah S/o Marudappa whose name is reflected in the RTC at present, in terms of the sale deed executed by the Court. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the phodi proceedings shall be conducted in terms of the request that would be made by the petitioner by filing an online application. 4. The same shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date on which the petitioner files the online application. Ordered accordingly.
