Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Janesh Mahajan, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, respectively. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has placed on record reply affidavit. A perusal of the reply makes it obvious that the judgment in question has not been implemented in letter & spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to place on record the details of movable & immovable assets of respondent No.1. As prayed for, list after two weeks. In the meanwhile, it shall be open for the respondents to implement the judgment in letter & spirit.” 2. Though the petitioner has moved an application bearing CMP No. 16953/2026, placing on record details of some of the movable assets of the respondent-University and pleading non- implementation of the judgment in question, however, at this stage, learned counsel for the respondent-University has placed on record instructions dated 30.05.2026 conveying that the principal amount, in terms of the judgment rendered in H.P. Agriculture University Pensioner’s Sabha Vs. Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya & Anr.2 has been released to the members of petitioner's Sabha; An amount of Rs. 27,318,257/- has, in this manner, been disbursed to the members of petitioner's Sabha, details whereof have also been provided along with the office instructions dated 27.05.2026. 2 CWP No. 10878/2025 decided on 23.07.2025 3 Learned counsel for respondent No.1-University seeks further time to release due and admissible interest to the members of petitioner's Sabha. Taking note of the fact that the principal amount has been paid to the members of petitioner's Sabha, the present execution petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent-University to release the interest amount admissible to the members of petitioner's Sabha, in terms of the judgment, within six weeks from today. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of its surviving grievances, if any.
