Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities. 2. Sri Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Nandigama Municipality, Nandigama, NTR District, dated 24.01.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the amount due to the Petitioner has not been paid due to a lack of funds. The Written Instructions would also indicate that the Official Respondents are not disagreeing with the claim of the Petitioner. 4. It is noticed by this Court that the Department of Finance has not been arrayed as a Party. However, for the purpose of rendering substantial justice, this Court deems it appropriate to Suo-motu implead the Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, as Respondent No.4. Registry is directed to make the necessary changes in the Cause Title. 5. Having considered the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents including the newly impleaded Respondent No.4 to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination within a period of six (06) weeks from today and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within three (03) weeks thereafter. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish his bank account details to the Competent Authority within three (03) weeks for effective compliance. The Writ Petitioner shall also forward a copy of this Order to the newly 4 impleaded Respondent No.4 within one week from today for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
