The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Mandu PS Case No.145 of 2025. It has been alleged that huge quantity of doda was recovered from a truck which was being driven by the petitioner. Although, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the commercial quantity of doda recovered I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
