The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the final notice for personal hearing dated 30th July, 2026 issued by the respondent/MCD to the petitioner in respect of property bearing no.D-21, Ground Floor, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi- 110049. 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner has not received the show cause notice dated 13th July, 2026, which is referred to in the impugned notice. In the absence of the show cause notice, the petitioner cannot appear for the final hearing. 3. Having heard the counsel for the parties, a direction is issued to the respondent/MCD to supply a copy of the show cause notice to the petitioner within two (2) days from today.
