The petitioner is not the owner of the go-down and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate for the NCB, on the other hand, submits that sufficient materials have been collected and huge seizure have been effected which include more than 2000 bottles of phensedyl, 190 bottles of eskuf cough syrup and more than 10000 tablets of Tydol. Having considered the quantity of recovery and the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 108 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
