The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 07.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P No.6916/2024. 2. The writ petition was filed by the appellants/petitioners with the following prayers: “1. Call for the records of W.P. No. 6916/2024 (BDA) and: 2. Be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 07/11/2024 passed by the Learned Single Judge of this Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru in W.P. No.6916/2024 (BDA) and direct the BDA to implement the Resolution No.133/2019 dated 17/01/2020 and 18/01/2020 which is passed on the basis of the reports of the Karnataka Lokayuktha under Section 12 (1) of the Act and so also, the order of the division bench of this Hon'ble Court and so also of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and; 3. Grant such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. The Resolution No.133/2019 dated 17.01.2020 and 18.01.2020, for which the petitioners had filed the application before the Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) to implement the same was dropped by the BDA and a fresh resolution has been passed. The fresh - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8129-DB WA No. 1812 of 2024 resolution has been challenged in W.P No.8405/2024 by the petitioners. The learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition on the aforesaid ground. 4. In view of the fact that the Resolution No.133/2019 dated 17.01.2020 and 18.01.2020 has already been dropped and challenge to the last resolution in W.P No.8405/2024 has been unsuccessful, we are of the considered view that the petitioners cannot seek the implementation of the earlier Resolution No.133/2019 dated 17.01.2020 and 18.01.2020. The learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the W.P No.6916/2024 vide order dated 07.11.2024. We do not find any merit in this appeal, therefore, the appeal stands dismissed.
