Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deodanr P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.03 of 2026. It has been alleged that the house of Bijay Bhagat was searched where Ganja and liquor and instruments for manufacturing of such liquor were seized. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner worked as a labour of Bijay Bhagat. Learned counsel submits that two of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.4585 of 2026 and B.A. No.4600 of 2026. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 05.02.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with Deodanr P.S.
