JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioners have sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation at Annexure-'E' dated 16.10.2025. In terms of the representation at Annexure-'E', the petitioners have averred that the respondent Authorities are required to make good the petitioners' entitlement of 15% interest as regards the compensation re-fixed pursuant to an order under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20846 WP No. 8419 of 2026 2. It is submitted by the petitioners that though compensation that was re-fixed has been paid, however, the interest on compensation at 15% p.a. has not been made good. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of petitioners at Annexure-'E' dated 16.10.2025 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
