Heard Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 109 of 2025 arising out of Jainagar P.S Case No. 157 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 750 of 2025. 3. A dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and cash and jewellery were looted by them. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of one Rajesh Paswan and Rajesh Baskhor. It has been submitted that recovery of gold jewellery was made from Devi Jewelry shop, which appears to be based on the joint confession of the accused persons. It has further been submitted that no Test Identification Parade has been held and the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Koderma, in connection with S.T Case No. 109 of 2025 arising out of Jainagar P.S Case No. 157 of 2025, corresponding to G.R.
