Heard Mr. Raja Ravi Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 173 of 2021(S). 3. The husband of the informant was assaulted by several accused persons leading to his death. 4. It appears that the allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature and one of the co-accused Kartik Saha has been granted bail in B.A. No. 890 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2026. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S.
