Property No. 11106, Khasra No.169/5/3 Mir Mauza Qadam Sharif, Gali Swaran Wali, Motia Khan, Delhi-110055. iii. Today, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD submits that in respect of two of the properties, i.e. 11133 and 11134, Idgah Road, Motia Khan, Khasra No. 169/5/3, Min Mauza Qadam Sharif, Motia Khan, New Delhi, since no reply was received to the show cause notice, demolition order has been passed on 3rd August, 2024. 3.1 A copy of the demolition order has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record. 4. In respect of the remaining two properties, personal hearing has been given to the owner/ occupier on 12th August, 2026. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent-MCD to take appropriate action in respect of the subject properties in accordance with law. 6. In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 7.
