The petitioner is an accused in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2026. It has been alleged that the informant and the petitioner were having a love affair and the petitioner had established a physical relationship with her and made a video of the same. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly, there was a love affair between the petitioner and the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Court POCSO, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S.
