The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.45 of 2026. The petitioner was apprehended by the police on the suspicion that he was involved in cyber-crime. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.03.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber-Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
