By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 101/2021 dated 22.02.2021, registered at Police Station Aman Vihar, District Rohini, Delhi, under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. In view of the fact that the applicant had already filed a bail application recently [BAIL APPLN. 2458/2026], which was disposed of vide order dated 06.07.2026, Ms. Swati Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant, at the very outset, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. She submits that the applicant is in judicial custody, and the counsel was not informed that an application had already been adjudicated. This is a digitally signed order.
