Heard Mr. Pran Pranay, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026. 3. The petitioner was apprehended by the police on the allegation of being involved in cyber crime. Two mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered from their possession of the petitioner. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2026 and he has no criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner. 7. This application stands allowed. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY, J.)
