Bijoy M.T., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Farah Fathima, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1-University. 2. Sri. Bijoy M.T., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared for III Year B.Pharm (RS4) Examination--October-2025 and scored well in all the subjects except in Pharmaceutical Engineering subject (Code:C04), in which, he had been given 36 out of 100 marks - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13413 WP NO.2832 OF 2026 and therefore, he had sought for revaluation of the original booklet produced at Annexure-K. 3. Smt. Farah Fathima, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1-University invited the attention of the Court to Digital Valuation Slip (Student copy) in respect of Pharmaceutical Engineering, wherein, the petitioner secured 6.5 marks in the evaluation made by the I-Valuator and 3.5 marks in the evaluation made by the II-Valuator. She argued that, even, if taken best out of two marks, the petitioner will not get through in the examination. Accordingly, she sought for dismissal of the petition. 4. In the light of submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is not in dispute that the petitioner is seeking revaluation of Pharmaceutical Engineering (Code:C04) subject of III Year B. Pharm (RS4) Examination-- October-2025, wherein, the petitioner secured 36 out 100 marks. On careful examination of Digital Valuation Slip (Student Copy) produced at Annexure-J in respect of subject Pharmaceutical Engineering, the same would indicate that the marks has been awarded by two evaluators. In that view of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13413 WP NO.2832 OF 2026 the matter, following the law declared by this Court in Writ Appeal No.1372 of 2025 and connected appeals disposed of on 19th February, 2026, no interference be called for in the evaluation made by two evaluators, who are the experts in particular discipline.
