Heard Mrs. Priyanka Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhanbad Rail P.S. Case No.115 of 2023. 3. It has been alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police near the exit of platform No.8 in Dhanbad Railway Station and from their possession, 11 kg of ganja was recovered. 4. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he has been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused. The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2026. Though the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent but regard being had to his manner of implication, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Rail P.S.
