Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant oppose the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner hereinabove and submit that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature. 4. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for both the parties and looking to the overall facts & circumstances of the case, the custodial period of the petitioner, the fact that charge-sheet has been filed and none of the injuries is found to be dangerous to life as well as trial is likely to take considerable time in its conclusion, thus, without commenting upon the merits / demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. 6. Therefore, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and the accused-petitioner, namely Shanawaj Alias Fardeen Alias Fajju S/o Umardaraj, is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioner shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when he is called upon to do so.
