Heard Mr. Lalit Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S Case No. 37 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and other accused were apprehended by the police as they were suspected to be involved in cyber crime and several mobile phones, SIM cards etc. were recovered from their possession. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2026 and he has no criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner isdirected to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Cyber Crime Special Court Deoghar, in connection withDeoghar Cyber P.S Case No. 37 of 2026 ,subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner. 7.
