1. Heard Mr. Sumit Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Priyank Rathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondent No.1 and Mr. Raghvendra Pradhan, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers :
“It is, therefore, prayed the petition may kindly be allowed and the FIR of Crime No. 114/2021 registered at Police Station – Basna, Distt.- Mahasamund (C.G.) against the petitioners may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.”
3. It transpires from the record that the present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR, but it has been informed by learned counsel for the parties that after due investigation charge-sheet has been submitted and charges have been framed against the petitioners and evidence is going on. 4. In view of the same, we are not inclined to interfere with the matter, at this stage.
