facts, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail application.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.
5. The petitioner's first bail application was dismissed on merits after considering the fact that the petitioner has remained absent for more than 22 years and did not made any endevour to appear before the Court in pursuance to the standing warrant. The petitioner has now appeared before the Court, however, considering the long absence of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
6. Accordingly, the instant second bail application filed by the accused-petitioner is hereby dismissed.
