Order on Board 12.01.2026
1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2026.01.12 18:10:32 +0530
the Constitution of India challenging the action of the respondents whereby his land has allegedly been acquired by respondent No. 5 without his consent, thereby depriving him of compensation. The petitioner asserts that some other person has fraudulently given consent for the sale of his land.
2. From a bare perusal of the petition, it is evident that the petitioner has not impleaded the person who is alleged to have given such consent in his place. Even otherwise, the allegations disclose the commission of a criminal offence, and therefore, the present writ petition, in the present form, is not maintainable.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse available to him under the criminal law or civil law. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge kishore
