5. It has also come on record that there is only one injury which has been opined to be dangerous to life but the same has not been assigned particularly to the present accused-petitioners. There are omnibus allegations against the accused-petitioners in the FIR. The accused-petitioners are said to be in custody since 20.11.2025 and also the case of the present accused-petitioners are in no manner distinguishable from the case of the co-accused persons namely; Chauthmal, Baluram and Rameshwar, who were enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2026. 6. Taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and so also the submissions made by counsel for the accused-petitioners, and also considering the fact that the co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 7.
Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners named above shall be enlarged on bail provided that each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- (each) to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
