Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the Applicants. 2. Mr. G.C. Joshi, learned AGA with Mr. J.P. Kandpal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicants, who have been accused in Case Crime/FIR No.18 of 2026, dated 25.01.2026 under Sections 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, at Police Station Piran Kaliyar, District Haridwar. The Applicant is in judicial custody since 25.01.2026. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 5. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicants, who has been accused in Case Crime/FIR No.18 of 2026, dated 25.01.2026 under Sections 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, at Police Station Piran Kaliyar, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
