This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioners are in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.

The learned APP opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

There is allegation against the petitioners that both these petitioners murdered their son.

After hearing the parties, I have going through the impugned order, I find that it is the informant who has heard the quarrelling in the house of these petitioners and seen these two petitioners fleeing. The informant immediately went to the room and found the deceased lying there dead in a pool of blood.

Considering the nature of material available on records and the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the payer for bail of the petitioners in connection with S.T. Case No.635/2025 arising out of Thakurgaon P.S. Case No.56 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XVIII, Ranchi, stands rejected.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
