The said case was dismissed on the ground of delay and latches as it was filed after lapse of 19-20 years from the date of passing of order dated 20.07.2006 by the Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue) and the Registrar Public Trust, Kawardha, District Kabirdham in Case No.12 अ -113/2005-06. 4. Having considered the fact that the Case No.202401080200021 was hopelessly barred and was filed after about 19-20 years of the order dated 20.07.2006, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain instant writ petition, hence the same is dismissed. 5.
