Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police completed investigation in the above crime and filed charge sheet, and the same has been taken on file as CC.No.9924 of 2025 on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, and hence, cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. In view of the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised.
