Heard Mr. Aniket Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024. 3. Some unknown thieves had stolen copper wire oil after damaging the transformer causing a considerable loss to the electricity department. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused, and some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in BA. No. 4038 of 2026 and B.A. No. 4100 of 2026. 5. Though it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents but regard being had to the manner of his implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo, Tenughat in connection with Nawadih P.S.
