The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No. 11061 of 2025. It has been alleged that the passengers of a bus were looted by some miscreants. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused. Learned counsel submits that no Test Identification Parade has been held and there is no recovery of any incriminating materials from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 6666 of 2024, B.A. No. 6147 of 2024 and B.A. No. 5425 of 2024. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi in connection with Dassam Fall P.S.
