Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the application for revival of the execution petition, which was disposed on 08.01.2026, the Deputy Director School Education (Secondary), Sirmaur, District Nahan, H.P. has passed an order on 15.06.2026 and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. Since this Court had only given the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in Civil Appeal No.6309 of 2017, titled, Sunder Singh vs. State of H.P and others, the application for revival of the execution petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
