The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and mobiles and SIM cards were recovered from their possession. They were suspected to be involved in cybercrime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent of a similar nature. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall physically remain present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
