Case No. 05 of 2026, registered for offences under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. When this Court was about to dismiss the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the present bail application. 4.
